About Us

Expertise with a Personal Commitment

Victory Farms knows what’s at stake—our health, our communities, and our children’s future. We share your desire to create a world where people and nature thrive together, where our food is grown with care for both the earth and the people it feeds.

We bring over 11 years of expertise in private equity real estate, having managed billions in assets, to regenerative agriculture. We are working alongside local communities and experts, building partnerships and launching projects that demonstrate how regenerative practices can heal the environment and enrich lives. We invite you to join us in laying the foundation for a model that others can follow, creating lasting, positive change for both the planet and future generations.

Thomas Webb

Founder & Principal

Thomas Webb believes that by transforming the way we grow and consume food, we can create a healthier planet and healthier lives for everyone. At Victory Farms, Thomas leads with a focus on regenerative agriculture — an approach that restores ecosystems, supports biodiversity, and builds resilient communities.

With over 11 years of experience in private equity and commercial real estate, Thomas worked at Blackwater Capital, Stiles Corporation, and TerraCap Management, managing over $2 billion in assets. Through this work, he saw firsthand how continuous development in Florida led to degraded farmland, declining soil health, and loss of biodiversity—threatening future generations. This realization shaped his vision for a better future, centered around healthier food systems, improved soil, and sustainable agriculture.

Thomas’s connection to nature and commitment to health are at the core of his work. As a long-distance runner, his experiences in Florida’s natural landscapes strengthened his desire to protect and restore them. Recognizing the connection between nutrition, performance, and environmental health, Thomas applied his financial expertise and passion for sustainability to make a broader impact. Initially focused on fueling his own performance, he expanded his efforts to promote better health for others through sustainable food systems.

At Victory Farms, Thomas prioritizes transparency, integrity, and community, understanding that investors want to see tangible outcomes from their contributions. He leads by example, building a culture of trust and collaboration. His curiosity and willingness to innovate help Victory Farms adopt sustainable farming practices that make a positive impact, such as improving soil health, increasing local biodiversity, and supporting healthier communities. Whether working with local farmers, assembling a dedicated team, or building partnerships, Thomas remains focused on contributing to a healthier future for people and the planet. Victory Farms is part of a larger movement to align human progress with environmental stewardship, ensuring our actions today support future generations.

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Providence College and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida. He blends his knowledge, resources, and purpose to make farmland healthier and more productive — working toward a healthier and more sustainable future. Thomas believes that small, regenerative actions can create a broader impact over time, creating hope for a better future.
